Bryan Ganz has significant experience managing a wide array of businesses in the financial, real estate and industrial space. Mr. Ganz has a long track record of successfully improving businesses in all three sectors. Prior to forming Scudder Bay Property Management, Mr. Ganz was the founder of Scudder Bay Capital, an owner operator of 250 units. Prior to that, he was the CEO of various industrial business and led buyout efforts for investments that yielded investors large returns. Mr. Ganz has served on the Board of Governors of Citizens Against Government Waste, a watchdog organization dedicated to promoting fiscal responsibility within Congress. Mr. Ganz also served on the board of U.S. Shipping, a publicly traded MLP and was head of the company’s audit committee.
Mr. Ganz graduated with honors from Georgetown University’s Business School with a BSBA in accounting in 1980. In 1983 Mr. Ganz received his JD from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Mr. Ganz was admitted to the New York Bar.
